Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning pipelines using Python and cloud-native technologies.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art (SOTA) algorithms to optimize model performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate novel techniques into production systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on deep learning or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Experience with MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready models.
