Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end data pipeline architecture, from ingestion to model serving, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, ensuring our technology stack remains relevant for future technological shifts.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for speed and accuracy, performing rigorous A/B testing and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and/or Computer Vision architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
