Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment in production environments.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize large foundation models to ensure high performance, low latency, and reduced inference costs.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision to stay ahead of market trends.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on Deep Learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Expertise: Strong understanding of LLM architectures (Transformers), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
