Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models, with a focus on LLMs and NLP applications.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines to manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models from experimentation to production.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and ensure high availability across distributed cloud environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical mentoring to foster a culture of engineering excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data science libraries.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering techniques.
