Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade Machine Learning pipelines using Python and modern frameworks.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for latency, throughput, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to fine-tune models on proprietary datasets.
- Ensure model reliability, observability, and security in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning (2024 experience level).
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG architectures.
- Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
