Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Drive MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, automated testing, and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying models to production and managing model lifecycle.
