Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic AI Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of core AI models and algorithms tailored for the 2025 strategic roadmap.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant systems that integrate seamlessly with our existing cloud infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously monitor, test, and optimize AI models to ensure real-time performance and high accuracy.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Innovation Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning to drive internal innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI or machine learning engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and design robust solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
