Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and deploy robust, scalable machine learning pipelines for high-volume production environments.
- Lead Research & Innovation: Spearhead the research and implementation of next-generation neural network architectures and large language models (LLMs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical AI solutions.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers, foster a culture of innovation, and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency to ensure seamless user experiences.

Qualifications
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Core Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Generative AI: Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and generative AI technologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of shipping complex products to market and solving difficult technical challenges.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
