- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable machine learning models for our 2026 product suite.
- Drive the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI usage.
- Optimize model inference performance to ensure low-latency deployment in production environments.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready AI) into our stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on AI architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools, data pipelines, and model versioning (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects.
