Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, focusing on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 landscape.
- Architectural Vision: Spearhead the architecture of our AI infrastructure, ensuring robustness, security, and high availability across cloud environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by implementing the latest research papers and integrating novel techniques into production pipelines.
- Performance Optimization: Rigorously optimize inference latency and model accuracy to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of deploying models to production.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Hugging Face and LangChain is highly preferred.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Mathematical Fluency: Solid grounding in linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Communication: Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
