Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and infrastructure for maximum performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge methodologies into our product stack.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
