Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models focused on next-gen predictive analytics and automation.
- Architect robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into broader product ecosystems.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically regarding AI advancements expected in 2026 and beyond.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and efficiency in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision.
- Experience with MLOps and deploying models to production at scale.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
