Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable Machine Learning pipelines and deep learning models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Future-Proofing: Lead research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to ensure our platforms remain industry leaders through 2026.
- Optimization: Fine-tune neural networks for low-latency inference on edge devices, ensuring seamless user experiences in high-stakes environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and security experts to translate complex AI concepts into user-centric products.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce rigorous guidelines for algorithmic bias, transparency, and fairness in all deployed AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
