Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models with a focus on Generative AI and NLP.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high-throughput, low-latency inference in production environments.
- Conduct research to improve model accuracy, robustness, and generalization capabilities.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical requirements into innovative AI solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant breakthroughs into our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of neural network architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade machine learning applications.
