Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Research and develop novel algorithms for Long-Context LLMs and Multimodal systems.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into innovative product solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data privacy compliance in all deployed models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate cutting-edge technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in machine learning and software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with fine-tuning Large Language Models and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
