Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with global regulatory standards and ISO 42001 guidelines.
- Conduct rigorous audits of machine learning models and algorithms to identify, mitigate, and report algorithmic bias.
- Advise executive leadership on the societal impact of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Neural Interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and legal experts to integrate ethical guardrails into the development lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging trends in 2026, forecasting potential ethical risks before they materialize.
- Lead internal training workshops to foster a culture of ethical awareness and digital literacy across the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI strategy, policy-making, or technology consulting.
- Deep understanding of machine learning principles, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of working with C-level executives to translate technical concepts into business strategy.
