Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and oversee the development of scalable AI-driven architectures that integrate seamlessly with emerging quantum computing protocols.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge technologies, libraries, and frameworks to ensure our stack remains future-proof.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize neural networks and data pipelines for real-time processing and low-latency performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews and technical workshops to foster a culture of innovation.
- System Integration: Lead the integration of complex AI models into existing enterprise software ecosystems with minimal downtime.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with evolving industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Programming: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming models.
- AI/ML: Proficiency in building and deploying Machine Learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Quantum Ready: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts, algorithms, or libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with creative solutions.
