Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Future-Proofing: Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Neural Rendering) to ensure our systems remain relevant beyond 2026.
- LLM Integration: Lead the integration and fine-tuning of Large Language Models to create context-aware autonomous agents.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to improve model efficiency, reduce latency, and enhance inference accuracy.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of MLOps pipelines to automate model training, validation, and deployment cycles.
- Tech Vision: Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and guide junior engineers through complex problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and AI system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Algorithmic Mastery: Strong understanding of Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and optimizing high-traffic systems.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
