Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our core AI platforms, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design complex systems integrating Machine Learning, Quantum Computing concepts, and traditional cloud infrastructure.
- High-Level Design: Create architectural blueprints that guide engineering teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system performance monitoring and optimization strategies for high-throughput environments.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business leaders clearly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure at a senior engineering level.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technical strategy.
