Responsibilities
- Architecting the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI architectures aligned with our strategic vision for 2026.
- Model Optimization: Drive research and development to enhance model accuracy, reduce latency, and optimize resource utilization for large-scale deployments.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Define and enforce best practices for the AI/ML stack, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks. Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into robust technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
