Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems targeting the 2026 technology stack.
- Define and drive the technical vision for Generative AI, LLMs, and autonomous agents.
- Mentor a team of high-performing engineers and researchers to foster innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct deep research into emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, Synthetic Data).
- Ensure system security, scalability, and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale Machine Learning models to production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
