Responsibilities
- Lead 2026 Strategic AI Development: Direct the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI systems focused on long-term scalability and efficiency.
- Pioneer Generative AI Research: Develop and refine large-scale generative models that can solve complex, real-world problems.
- Optimize Neural Architectures: Engineer high-performance neural networks capable of processing massive datasets in real-time.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Translate abstract research concepts into deployable, production-grade software solutions.
- Guide Technical Roadmaps: Define the technical vision for the AI division and mentor a team of elite engineers.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Core Competencies: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Technical Mastery: Proven experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and devise innovative technical solutions for unstructured challenges.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving technical excellence.
