Responsibilities
- Architect AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning models and deep learning frameworks optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- Pioneering Research: Lead R&D initiatives exploring emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and predictive AI analytics.
- System Optimization: Enhance existing algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency for production deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for AI development.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional product teams to translate complex technical requirements into innovative user solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior technical role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with Rust or Go is a plus.
- Frameworks: Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
