Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Solutions: Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning models optimized for the performance standards of 2026.
- Model Optimization: Continuously improve model accuracy, latency, and resource efficiency to handle massive data volumes in real-time.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, experimenting with emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning) to drive product innovation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and security teams to translate business requirements into technical AI architecture.
- Production Deployment: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from training and validation to MLOps implementation and monitoring.
- Code Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce best practices for code, testing, and documentation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
