Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a long-term technical roadmap focused on emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 tech cycle, including generative AI and autonomous systems.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers and researchers in designing, prototyping, and testing next-generation algorithms and neural architectures.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision is highly desirable.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to deconstruct ambiguous problems and derive elegant, scalable solutions.
