Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure, anticipating trends in autonomous agents and synthetic data.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.
- Research & Prototyping: Explore emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and prototype proofs-of-concept to validate technical feasibility.
- System Optimization: Ensure our AI systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with the highest industry standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Ray).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models, specifically in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically about the future of technology and align technical strategies with business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
