Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures specifically tailored for the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead the exploration of emerging technologies, including advanced Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Autonomous Systems.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into concrete technical strategies and implementation timelines.
- Optimize Neural Performance: Continuously refine algorithms to improve latency, accuracy, and efficiency in real-world environments.
- Bridge the Gap: Serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering teams and product stakeholders to ensure alignment on future product features.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data in complex AI environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in AI engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed machine learning models.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. Experience with distributed computing systems is required.
- Future Tech Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt to the rapidly evolving tech stack required for 2026.
