- Oversee the research and development of futuristic tech stacks, including quantum computing readiness.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical leadership.

- Build and mentor a high-performance engineering team focused on innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI/ML architecture, or software engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast tech trends for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in the Fintech or Enterprise Software sector.
