Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Autonomous Systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align AI initiatives with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Oversee the integration of ethical AI principles and governance frameworks into product development.
- Conduct deep-dive research and feasibility studies for next-gen algorithms and neural architectures.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and strategists.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI strategy, Product Management, or Technical Leadership.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products or initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning lifecycles, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and scalable architecture design.
