- Optimize Compute Workflows: Implement advanced pipeline optimizations and edge computing solutions to reduce latency and maximize throughput.
- Hybrid Cloud Strategy: Lead the transition and management of hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-premise quantum computing resources with public cloud APIs.
- Security & Compliance: Spearhead the implementation of zero-trust security architectures to protect proprietary AI data and algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Cloud Mastery: Deep understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure, including Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex distributed systems problems under high pressure.
