Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge deep learning and generative AI models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure seamless integration into high-scale production environments.
- MLOps Implementation: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to streamline model lifecycle management, from experimentation to deployment.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to curate high-quality datasets and establish data governance frameworks.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct exploratory research to identify emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into scalable business solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering with a proven track record of deploying production-grade models.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Frameworks: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and libraries (Scikit-learn, Hugging Face).
- Statistics: Solid foundation in statistical analysis, probability theory, and mathematical modeling.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring junior talent.
