Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning architectures optimized for high-volume production environments.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging AI technologies, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI for 2026 readiness.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated success in deploying production-ready models and handling large-scale data processing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to delivery.
