Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Optimize AI inference pipelines to ensure sub-millisecond latency in real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model validation to ensure high accuracy and fairness.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase, adhering to SOLID principles and best practices.
- Research and implement cutting-edge algorithms from top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML).
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in the fintech or healthcare sectors.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Deep understanding of Neural Networks, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
