Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for production environments.
- Lead the technical strategy for our AI initiatives leading up to the 2026 milestone.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and ensure data security compliance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow or Kubeflow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI products.
