Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI models targeting deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Define and execute the long-term AI research roadmap, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience deploying and scaling LLMs and Generative AI models.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor teams in a fast-paced environment.
