Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and efficient deep learning models and neural architectures tailored for 2026+ standards.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end data pipeline, ensuring high throughput, low latency, and optimal resource utilization.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging paradigms in quantum computing and neuromorphic engineering.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Code Review: Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software quality and security.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Ray, Spark).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale problems with elegant, efficient solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
