Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable large-scale machine learning systems for high-traffic environments.
- Lead research initiatives into multimodal AI, generative adversarial networks (GANs), and transformer models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into our core product ecosystem.
- Optimize model inference latency and ensure ethical AI compliance and bias mitigation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the technological shifts anticipated in 2026.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex research into practical engineering solutions.
