Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant ML infrastructure optimized for 2026 performance standards.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced NLP models, focusing on LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and continuous integration of AI models.
- Mentor a team of high-performing data scientists and machine learning engineers.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models, Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and data orchestration (Airflow).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
