Role Overview:
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying scalable machine learning models that drive our core product offerings. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production engineering, ensuring our AI solutions are robust, efficient, and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement production-grade machine learning pipelines and models.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps) to integrate AI features into user-facing products.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and A/B testing to validate model improvements.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI/ML field and apply cutting-edge techniques to our stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
