What You Will Do:
In this role, you will be at the forefront of technology, working on complex problems that require deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical deployment, ensuring our AI models are not only accurate but also scalable and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Optimize model inference performance to ensure low-latency responses in high-traffic environments.
- Architect scalable data pipelines for training and evaluation using modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Conduct cutting-edge research to implement novel algorithms and improve model accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into production applications.
- Establish code review processes and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, neural networks, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
