Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models, with a focus on NLP and generative AI.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing novel architectures and algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps practices.
- Tools: Experience with data pipelines (Kafka, Spark) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
