Responsibilities
- Lead Model Architecture: Design and implement state-of-the-art Deep Learning and NLP models optimized for 2026 computing paradigms.
- Scalability & Performance: Oversee the deployment of ML models on cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) ensuring sub-millisecond latency and high availability.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate multimodal AI capabilities into our core product suite.
- MLOps Implementation: Build robust CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, automating training, validation, and deployment cycles.
- Ethical AI: Establish guidelines and frameworks for responsible AI usage, bias mitigation, and data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, LangChain).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and distributed computing.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex optimization problems in large-scale data environments.
