Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement cutting-edge Machine Learning models and pipelines optimized for high-volume production environments.
- Research & Development: Lead research initiatives to advance Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision capabilities for our 2026 product suite.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models and reduce inference latency to ensure real-time performance.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into consumer-facing applications seamlessly.
- Best Practices: Establish coding standards, review code, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all models adhere to fairness, transparency, and privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a focus on Deep Learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
