Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead our advanced technology initiatives. Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Design and optimize high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines for production environments.
- Implement MLOps strategies for automated model training, retraining, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production applications.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging AI trends, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Multi-modal AI.
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and scalability across all machine learning infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Vector Databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping complex AI products to market.
