Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale transformer models and multimodal AI systems.
- Optimize model inference performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines to ensure scalability and reliability of AI deployments.
- Conduct research on novel architectures to improve model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Mistral) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Familiarity with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
