The Role:
As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will lead the development, deployment, and optimization of large-scale machine learning models. Your work will directly impact our product roadmap and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune advanced deep learning models, including LLMs and computer vision systems.
- System Architecture: Build scalable, high-performance microservices and pipelines using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Data Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility for training purposes.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, with strong knowledge of C++ or Java.
- Frameworks: Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and their ML services.
