Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of hybrid quantum-AI systems optimized for 2026 workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research concepts into scalable production code.
- Develop and implement novel algorithms that leverage quantum superposition for machine learning acceleration.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or PhD is strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or High-Performance Computing.
- Deep understanding of quantum computing principles (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement) and frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA programming.
- Experience with large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex product lifecycles.
