Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of next-generation AI systems that bridge classical and quantum computing paradigms.
- Neuromorphic Engineering: Develop hardware-aware algorithms that optimize processing power for edge devices and quantum processors.
- AGI Safety & Ethics: Establish rigorous governance protocols and safety frameworks for autonomous agents and generative models.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Scalability Strategy: Ensure our AI infrastructure can handle petabyte-scale data processing with zero-latency response times.
- Future Tech Integration: Research and prototype emerging technologies such as synthetic data generation and holographic interfaces.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or quantum computing research.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering complex systems under tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve unstructured problems and think abstractly about system limitations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
