Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced neural networks and quantum algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in researching cutting-edge AI methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate technical requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and establish coding standards and best practices for the organization.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, specifically in Quantum Computing and Generative AI.
- Document technical architecture and present progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML and Quantum Computing.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of machine learning theory, deep learning architectures, and statistical analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams.
