Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the high-level technical strategy and architecture for our 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives in Generative AI models and quantum algorithm integration to solve complex business problems.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Technical Due Diligence: Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to ensure our tech stack remains ahead of industry standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++, deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), and familiarity with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of designing resilient systems capable of handling high-throughput data processing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
